All items sold on Younits.com are original, packaged by the manufacturer and include all components as outlined in the description. Products come with model and serial numbers required to register your purchase with the manufacturer and may require a licensed HVAC professional to do the installation. Failure to comply with manufacturers' explicit requirements, both written and implied, voids the warranty in full with no prejudice. Younits.com may be able to help with locating a licensed HVAC professional in your area. Please contact info@younits.com for a list in your area.

 

Installation of your purchase:

 

Products such as but not limited to: Furnaces, Coils, Air-conditioners, Heat-pumps, Mini-split systems, Boilers, Packaged Units, PTAC/PTHP, High velocity systems, Hot water heaters (indirect and direct fired) etc. require the use of a licensed HVAC professional to conduct the installation of such systems.

 

Failure to properly install your purchase and hire a licensed HVAC professional voids your warranty in full.

 

Warranty and Younits.com

 

Any warranty claims that may arise with products purchased on www.younits.com are handled by Younits.com directly. In the event of a premature failure or system issue your first step will be to contact your installer to identify the problem and conduct all of the required troubleshooting steps. Once the problem is identified you should contact Younits.com at warranty@younits.com with the following information:

 

  • - Order numbers
  • - Contact Name and Installation Address
  • - Contact Telephone Number
  • - Licensed HVAC professionals information
  • - Serial number and model number of product for which warranty is needed
  • - Brief description of the issue

 

Once we receive this information a customer service representative will be assigned to your case and stay in communication with you till the issue is resolved in accordance with the manufacturers' warranty policy.

 

Shipping Warranty Parts:

 

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Warranted parts are shipped out via standard ground service and the cost is paid by the customer. In the event that the defective warrantied parts need to be returned to Younits.com this cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.
