The 36RCLX Ductless Mini-Split System is a heating and cooling unit. This unit comes with a remote control (optional wall mounted wired thermostat available) as a standard feature. This unit is precharged with the environment friendly R-410a refrigerant. No additional refrigerant is needed if the line set is 49 feet in lenght or shorter. In addition to its high 14 SEER efficiency rating, the 36RCLX is a cassette (or flush mount) type sytem which makes it the almost invisible and does not take up any space in the room

Up to 16-SEER, this unit provides up to 60% increase in efficiency over a 13-SEER models. This model also offers the ability to send up to 30% of their capacity through two branch ducts to adjacent rooms. Slender fit feature is now standard decreasing space required above the ceiling increasing application opportunities.

Four-way airflow, concealed flush mount design and the ability to operate in high ceiling rooms makes these systems ideal for commercial applications such as offices, conference rooms, restaurants, night clubs and bars in retrofit and new construction. Long maximum combined piping lengths of 165 to 230 feet with 60 to 98 feet of height, depending on model, allow the outdoor unit to be remotely located up to 7 stories away and far from indoor unit. The ceiling cassettes are also used in new construction condominiums and homes taking advantage of their branch duct capability to feed adjacent rooms. These heat pumps provide up to 30% additional available heat when compared to conventional models.
